We have been to many Brazilian steak houses and this was the first time at Texas de Brazil. It was a Thursday night in Las Vegas and a Birthday weekend. there were 4 of us, 2 of which had never experienced a Brazilian Steak house. We had a 30 min wait so we went to the bar for drinks.  When seated the Hostess explained the little red and green buttons. We headed over to the salad bar which was extensive and a complete meal in itself. The Asparagus was superbly steamed, the salads Crisp and delicious. They had a huge round of Parmigiano cheese that was buttery rich tasting, hummmmm just like the kind i get in Italy.  I had brought my own Bottle of Silver Oak 2005, so the waiter corked it and served us all a glass. We toasted a fun evening with friends in Las Vegas. It’s Now time to Turn over that GREEN button to bring on the meat.  The gauchos started swarming our table with roasted meats, chicken, sausage, bacon wrapped  filet mignon, pork chops, lamp chops, and numerous others. The fire roasted, smokey flavor just made your mouth water. The meat was so tender and delicious. we finally had to turn over our buttons to red to slow down and enjoy all the flavors.   We added in some dessert with a Creme’ Brulee.  All in all 4 stars.  Fogo de Chao is still my favorite, But this was a VERY pleasant experience and i will be back and refer it to everyone.
